These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 799pak platform — including all sports betting, casino games, payment transactions, and account management features. By creating an account or placing a bet on 799pak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2.1 By accessing the 799pak Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 799pak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 799pak in relation to the use of the Platform, superseding any prior representations, communications, or arrangements, whether oral or written.
2.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
2.4 A failure by 799pak to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision and shall not prevent 799pak from subsequently enforcing that right or provision.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the 799pak Platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 799pak actively enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the 799pak Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. 799pak makes no representation that the Platform is legal to access in all jurisdictions. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gaming in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before proceeding.
3.3 Mental Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or any form of compulsion in accessing the Platform or placing Wagers.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on 799pak:
4.1 To access real-money features of the 799pak Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. 799pak uses mobile number matching, CNIC cross-referencing, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to identify duplicate Accounts. Where a duplicate Account is identified:
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person and must notify 799pak immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 799pak accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. 799pak reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts or to close them following a written notice to the registered email address, with any remaining balance returned to the last verified payment method on file.
5.1 799pak is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — may also be triggered at deposit milestones or upon detection of unusual account activity.
5.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, the Player must provide:
5.3 KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during business days. 799pak reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient or where enhanced due diligence is required.
5.4 Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC is completed to 799pak's satisfaction. 799pak accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide timely or adequate documentation.
5.5 All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is processed and stored in accordance with the 799pak Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 799pak currently accepts deposits via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Current available methods are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount for EasyPaisa and JazzCash is Rs 500. The minimum deposit amount for bank transfers is Rs 1,000. These minimums are subject to change at 799pak's discretion.
6.3 Own Funds Only. You confirm that all funds deposited into your 799pak Account are your own personal funds, obtained through lawful means. The use of funds derived from criminal activity, third-party accounts, or payment methods not registered in your name is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.4 Deposit Processing Times. EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed in real time via direct API integration. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, typically within 15 to 60 minutes for interbank transfers during banking hours.
6.5 Failed Deposits. In the event that a payment is reversed or charged back by your bank or mobile wallet provider, 799pak reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation and to reverse any Wagers placed using those funds.
7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification in accordance with Section 5. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the Account balance until the threshold is met.
7.3 Processing Times. EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three banking business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
7.4 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. 799pak reserves the right to adjust these limits and to impose additional limits on Accounts that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds.
7.5 Bonus Balance. Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable. It must first be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 8, at which point the resulting Real Money Balance becomes available for withdrawal subject to the limits above.
7.6 Right of Offset. 799pak reserves the right to offset any outstanding debt owed by the Player to the Company — including chargebacks, reversed deposits, or promotional credits awarded in error — against the Player's withdrawable balance before processing a withdrawal request.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 799pak are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time the promotion is active.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times — the "wagering multiplier" — before any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page.
8.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games on the 799pak Platform contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Specific contribution rates are listed in the terms of each individual promotion.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credits that are not wagered within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation. Time limits are displayed in your Account's active bonus panel and via email notification.
8.5 Bonus Abuse. 799pak employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and exploitation of technical errors or loopholes in promotion mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, 799pak reserves the right to:
8.6 Opt-In Requirement. Certain promotions require active opt-in before a qualifying deposit or bet is made. Retroactive opt-in requests will not be accepted. Players are responsible for reading promotion terms before participating.
9.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 799pak sportsbook are subject to acceptance by 799pak. 799pak reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason, including bets placed on suspended markets or markets where a technical pricing error is suspected.
9.2 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on the 799pak Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
9.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided — and the stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance — in the following circumstances:
9.4 Casino Game Rules. Each casino game available on the 799pak Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and any general statement on the Platform, the rules embedded within the game interface govern.
9.5 Technical Malfunction. 799pak accepts no liability for losses suffered by a Player as a result of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or server error during a game or bet. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect payout being credited to a Player's Account, 799pak reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount regardless of whether it has been wagered or withdrawn.
9.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event and aggregate payout limits apply across all sports and casino products on 799pak. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and within individual game terms. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated win amount.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 799pak Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.2 Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 799pak reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the Account and all associated balances for a period not exceeding 30 days while an investigation is conducted. 799pak will notify the Player of such a hold via their registered email address.
11.1 799pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all Account holders through the Responsible Gaming section of the Account dashboard:
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to self-exclude from 799pak on responsible gaming grounds may do so by contacting the support team via live chat and requesting self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately — during the exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place Wagers, and will not receive marketing communications from 799pak.
11.3 Limit Reduction vs. Increase. Reductions to any responsible gaming limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increased limit becomes active.

12.1 Company-Initiated Suspension. 799pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming — may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to 799pak.
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by 799pak or the Player — all Bonus Balances are immediately forfeited. Pending withdrawal requests that have been approved prior to closure will be processed in the normal course. Pending bets at the time of suspension will be settled according to the applicable sporting or game rules.
13.1 All content on the 799pak Platform — including but not limited to the 799pak brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 799pak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:
13.3 Any unauthorised use of 799pak intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799pak, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
14.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 799pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content or odds data displayed.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players in connection with their 799pak Account is governed by the 799pak Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.
15.2 By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that 799pak may process your personal data for the following purposes:
15.3 799pak will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification agencies, and game providers — solely to the extent necessary to deliver Platform services.

16.1 799pak reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 799pak will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
16.3 The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent version. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically, even in the absence of a specific notification.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Governing Jurisdiction in which 799pak holds its international gaming license.
17.2 Initial Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 799pak, the Player must first contact the 799pak support team via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 18, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. 799pak will respond to all dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
17.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 799pak support team within 30 days of the initial notification, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or dispute resolution body under 799pak's gaming license jurisdiction, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
17.4 Pakistani Players acknowledge that their use of the 799pak Platform is subject to these Terms and to the jurisdiction of 799pak's licensing authority, and that any claims must be pursued through the dispute resolution process set out in this Section rather than through Pakistani courts, to the extent permitted by law.
